Through a March 2026 site visit to Maine’s Region VI Adult Treatment & Recovery Court, NPC Research conducted an independent evaluation of a pilot initiative to integrate restorative justice in the treatment court. The following report documents the restorative justice implementation process, successes, challenges, and solutions to those challenges to inform future policy decisions.
